During the checkout, you may have the option to choose either the normal postal services or courier services depending on your location. 

Shipping and Handling Charges
Our shipping charges are separated into zones. Currently, MediaBoks only delivers to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Macau, Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, West Malaysia and East Malaysia. 

Shipment for MALAYSIAN destinations are delivered via normal local mail services. Courier services are available and the options/shipment charges are available during checkout.

The maximum weight in each package is 500 grams, irregardless of number of items. If your purchase exceeds this amount, the shipping charges for next 500 grams will apply. The minimum charge is for 500 grams. So plan your purchase well and if you intend to purchase more than one item, maximize the weight by making one order of multiple items instead of multiple orders. 

^* For Klang Valley, Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia orders, please make sure that your delivery address is correct and in the right zone. If the delivery address or zone is incorrect, our representative will call you for delivery charges amendments.
¹ Klang Valley postcodes which qualifies for free of charge delivery are 46000-46999, 47300-47499, 47800, 50000-60000, 68000-68100.
² For Peninsula Malaysia deliveries, the maximum weight in each package is 2kg. The shipping prices quoted are base on per 2kg basis.
³ For East Malaysia deliveries, the maximum weight in each package is 1kg. The shipping prices quoted are base on per 1kg basis. 

Delivery Lead Time
Kindly allow 1-2 days for processing and it should take approximately 1 to 3 weeks to arrive at your selected shipping address. In most cases, it takes about 7 working days to arrive to you once we have shipped it from the date of our e-mail notification to you. 

Unforseen Out of Stock
In the event of an unforseen out of stock situation, we will try our best to obtain the products from our publisher. Although it is highly unlikely, if the product is no longer available in the market, we will notify you and replace it with a product of the same value of your choice. If you choose a product of higher value, we will require you to make an additional payment up to the product's value with any delivery charges changes.

Returns
Prior to shipment, all products are subjected to a limited testing which is done by Mediaboks. In any case, you are having problems with the products we have supplied, kindly contact us with your description of the problems. We do accept goods returned for exchange only for the same product.(particularly, if the products arrives to you in defective conditions). Any return cost shall be bear by both parties. Any defects must be reported to us within 7 days after receipt. 

Refund
Since all goods or products is provided 'as is basis' only, we do not currently offer any refund towards your purchase. However, on certain circumstances, we may refund it. Consideration for refunds is done on a case to case basis and given at the discretion of the management.

Custom and Levies
The country you live in may charge custom duties and taxes in addition to your total order amount. You are responsible for these taxes. Call your local customs office to find out what these charges are.
